Document to be uploaded
To take part in a cycling event with ranking, under the aegis of the French Cycling Federation (FFC), you must upload in your registration form before 14 June :
EITHER A 2025 FRENCH LICENCE
- FFC: competition licence
- UFOLEP: competitive cycling licence
- FSGT: competitive cycling licence
- FFTri: competition licence
OR A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Less than one year old on the date of the event, drawn up in French, German or English, which must indicate:
- Surname, first name and date of birth of the entrant
- Date of issue of the certificate
- Stamp and signature of the doctor
To avoid any vocabulary errors that would lead to the supporting document being rejected, you are advised to use the model below (to be downloaded)
OR THE HEALTH MODULE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
This certificate is valid for 4 months. It is better than obtaining a medical certificate, both for future entrants to L’Alsacienne and for doctors. To obtain one, simply reply, from 1 March, to the health questionnaire HERE, on the FFC website.
It takes about ten minutes to generate the certificate. You must first create your account and then follow the instructions. All of the steps are described in the tutorial below.
UPLOAD THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENT
The licence, medical certificate or health certificate must either be uploaded during registration on the online registration form, or added to your registration form BEFORE 14 June. No other method of submission is accepted. Supporting documents will not be accepted by email, letter or on site.
NB
If an entrant’s registration form status is ‘’Incomplete’’, this means:
- Either that the supporting document has been rejected by the control committee
- Or that the supporting document has not been uploaded
If that is the case when registrations close on 13 June at 11:59 pm, the entrant will not be included in the ranking.
